The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed by Ms. S. Usha Reddy, Advocate against the final judgement and order dated 16.07.2015 passed by the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir at Jammu in OWP NO. 321/2013.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 100 days in filing the SLP against Order dated 16.07.2016 and the counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condoning the delay of 100 days.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Special Leave Petition (c) No. 2854 of 2016 titled as "UNION OF INDIA AND ORS. vs BHUPINDER SINGH SODHI AND ANR." as both are arising out of similiar issue is being listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19-02-2016.
