The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 28.10.2014 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in Transfer Application (civil) No. 237 of 2014.

It is submitted that Petitionerinperson has filed a letter dated 18.12.2014 stating therein that Annexures P15 & 17 were the part of the proceedings in Court below (copy of the letter dated 18.12.2014 has already been included at Page No. 113 in the SLP Paper Books).

It is further submitted that Petitionerinperson has filed Additional Documents along with Application for permission to file the Additional Documents which has been registered as I.A. No. 3. Copy of the same has already been included in the Paper Books.

It is lastly submitted that Interaction has been done and copy of the interaction report is enclosed herewith.

It is again submitted that Hearing of Notice has been issued to Petitionerinperson on 27.02.2015 through Registered A.D. for 30.03.2015. A.D. duly signed has not been received till now.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
