UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R We have heard Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned Solicitor General appearing for the petitioner and Dr. A.M. Singhvi, learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondents at length. It is informed by the learned Solicitor General that the term of one of the Members of the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority -2- Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi is coming to an end on 14 th May, 2017. Learned Senior counsel and the learned Solicitor General have brought to our notice Sections 19 and 26 of the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India Act, 2008. We have perused the said Sections. Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, we request the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority Appellate Tribunal to conclude the matter, if possible, on or before 13 th May, 2017. In case the matter is not concluded by the said Tribunal within the stipulated period, as aforesaid, the Special Leave Petition will be taken up by this Court after Summer Vacation.
