Heard Mr. Vikaramjit Banerjee, learned ASG appearing for the petitioners.
The Division Bench of the High Court dismissed the Writ ************************************ <sup>16,28</sup> TS ibunal on the ground of inordinate delay of eight months. The Court opined that the delay was not appropriately explained.
