No.1380-1382/2015 Ld.counsel for the appellant is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent No.3 in C.A.Nos.1380-82/2015 and respondent No.4 in C.A.No.1380/2015 within four weeks. Service is complete in respect of the respondent No.1. However, now, Mr.Som Raj Choudhary, Ld.counsel undertakes to appear for the said respondent. He seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit. Ld.counsel for the appellant is directed to serve the copy of pleading to the said respondent within one week after filing the vakalatnama. C.A. No.8037-8039/2015 Ld.counsel for the appellant is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent No.5 in C.A.No.8039/2015 within four weeks. Service is incomplete in respect of the respondent No.1. However, Mr.Som Raj Choudhary, Ld.counsel undertakes to appear for the said respondent. He seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.
