UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following<br>O R D E R |
The cases wherein notices have not been served, Mr. Narsimha, learned Additional Solicitor General assures that he will take steps to effect service through the counsel appearing in the High Courts within two weeks.
Transfer Petition Nos.43, 47 and 48 of 2015 shall also be
tagged and listed along with the matter.
Mr. Narsimha, learned Additional Solicitor General stated that the grounds taken in the Special Leave Petition (C) No.15937 of 2014 may be treated as the counter affidavit to the Transferred Cases. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioners in the writ petitions whose cases have been transferred are at liberty to file rejoinder affidavits taking all the grounds asserted in the special leave petition.
Let the matters be listed on 15.04.2015.
