The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 8th October,

2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

T.P.(C) Nos.1363-1377 of 2014

Issue notice.

As the learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents, namely, GMR Power Corporation Ltd., GMR Vemagiri Power Generation Ltd. and GMR Rajahmundry Energy Ltd., who have filed W.P.(C) No.2470/2012 (DB), W.P. (C) No.8461/2011 (SJ) and W.P. (C) No.8925/2011 (SJ), before the High Court of Delhi, no further notice need be issued. The writ petitions pending before the High Court are transferred to this Court and they be numbered accordingly.

As far as the respondents, namely, Reliance Infrastructure Ltd., Rosa Power Supply Co. Ltd. and Alstom India Ltd., which have filed W.P.(C) No.2908/13, W.P.(C) No.3275/13 & W.P.(C) No.3277/13, before the High Court of Delhi and S.C.A. No.5052/2014 before the Gujarat High Court, they have been represented by Mr. Sujit Ghosh. Hence, no further notice need be issued. The said writ petitions and the special civil application are transferred to this Court and be numbered accordingly.

As far as the other respondents, namely, K.S.K. Energy Ventures Ltd., S.V. Power (P) Ltd., Luna Infrastructure Prop. (P) Ltd., Kasargod Power Corporation Ltd. and Promac Engineering Indus Ltd., who have preferred W.P.(C) No.8032/2011, W.P.(C) No.8033/2011, W.P.(C) No.7457/2011, W.P.(C) No.7320/2012, W.P.(C) No.4412/2012, W.P.(C) No.6107/2012, W.P.(C) No.5588/2012, before the High Court of Delhi and W.P.(C) No.56656/2013 before the Karnataka High Court, notice be issued, returnable within four weeks.

Liberty is granted to the counsel for the respondents to file paper books.

List the transfer petitions on 2nd December, 2014, along with the special leave petitions.

TRANSFER PETITION (Civil) 1363 to 1377 OF 2014

Accordingly, notice was issued to the all Respondents in T.P.(C) 1363 to 1365, 1369 to 1372 and 1377 of 2014 through concerned High Court by Speed Post on 21st November, 2014.Service report and status is still awaited from concerned High Courts.

It is submitted that Copy of Order dated 8 th October, 2014 was issued on 23rd November, 2014 to the concerned High Courts to transmit the entire Original Records of W.P.(C) No.2470/2012(DB),W.P.(C)No.8461/2011 (SJ) and W.P.(C) No.8925/2011 (SJ),W.P.(C) No.2908/13, W.P.(C) No.3275/13 & W.P.(C) No.3277/13 and S.C.A. No.5052/2014 in T.P. (C) 1366 to 1368, 1373 to 1376 of 2014 to this Court.

It is further submitted that High Court of Delhi has forwarded the entire Original Record of W.P.(C) (DB) 2470 of 2012 in Transfer Petition (C) No. 1368 of 2014 without Paper Books, which has been registered as Transferred Case No. 88 of 2014.

It is also submitted that Original Records W.P.(C) No.8461/2011 (SJ) and W.P.(C) No.8925/2011 (SJ),W.P.(C) No.2908/13, W.P.(C) No.3275/13 & W.P.(C) No.3277/13 and S.C.A. No.5052/2014 in T.P. (C) 1366 to 1367, 1373 to 1376 of 2014 are still awaited from the concerned High Courts.

It is further submitted that Ms. Bina Gupta, Advocate has on 21st November, 2014 filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of both the respondents in T.P. No. 1363 to 1365 & 1372 of 2014.

It is also submitted that E.C. Agrawala, Advocate has on 27th September, 2014 filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of sole respondent in T.P. (C) No. 1373 to 1375 of 2014.

Service of notice is not complete in TP (C) 1369, 1370 & 1371 & 1377 of 2014.

TRANSFERRED CASE No. 88 OF 2014 @ T.P. (C) 1368 of 2014

Pursuant to this Court's Order dated 8th October, 2014 passed in Transfer Petition(C) No. 1368 of 2014, the High Court of Delhi has transmitted the Original Record of W.P. (C) 2470 (DB)of 2012 which has been registered as Transferred Case No. 88 of 2014.
