I.A. No. 53880 of 2023 in T.C. (C) No. 88 of 2014

Despite service of notice, the respondents have not chosen to file a counter affidavit opposing this application. Thereby, the applicants seek amendment of the description of petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 in the cause title of Transferred Case (C) No. 88 of 2014.

In terms of the prayer made, the application is allowed, permitting the amendment of the description of petitioner Nos.1 and 2. The amended memo of parties, filed with the application, is taken on record.
