UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Abhaya K. Jena, learned counsel appearing for K.S.K. Energy Ventures Ltd. Submitted that the said petitioners and its subsidiary companies have preferred Writ Petition (C) No.8032 of 2011, Writ Petition (C) No.8033 of 2011, Writ Petition (C) No.7457 of 2011 and Writ Petition (C) No.7320 of 2012 before the Delhi High Court. Let the said Writ Petitions be transferred to this Court and treated as transferred cases as per procedure.

As far as the unserved respondents, namely S.V. Power (P) Ltd., Luna Infrastructure Prop. (P) Ltd., Kasargod Power Corporation Ltd. And promac Engineering Indus Ltd. Who have preferred writ petitions before the Delhi High Court are concerned, they be served dasti. Liberty is granted to serve copies of the Transfer Petition on the learned counsel representing the said petitioners before the High Courts of Delhi and Karnataka. Steps be taken in quite promptitude.

Heard Mr. Sujit Ghosh and Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned Additional Solicitor General for Union of India. Regard being had to the order passed in SLP (C) No.15937 of 2014, let writ petition (C) No.15206 of 2014 be transferred from the High Court of Bombay to this Court and be registered as a transferred case as per procedure.

Registry is directed to requisition the records of writ petitions which have already been transferred by this Court by our

earlier orders.
