passed by the Division Bench in the first round on 24.09.2014 and also in the second round on 07.12.2015 in order to justify that the petitioners were lawfully selected for appointment. However, we have read along with the learned counsel the order passed by the Division Bench on 31.07.2018 in W.P. No. 2746 of 2017 and the dismissal of the resultant Special Leave Petition (C) No. 27492 of 2018 by this Court on 02.11.2018. Thereafter, the review petition is filed by the petitioner before the High Court which has since been dismissed by the impugned order.

Considering the totality of the circumstances and the materials brought forth on the irregularities in the recruitment examination, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order of the High Court. The Special Leave Petition accordingly stands dismissed.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.

In view of order passed in SLP (Civil) No. 2434 of 2023, the Special Leave Petition also stands dismissed.
