UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Taken on Board.
In these petitions filed under Article 139-A of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for transfer of Company Petition No. 362/2002 (National Housing Bank Vs. Crystal Home Fina Corporation Ltd.) and 389/2001 (Reserve Bank of India vs. Crystal Credits Corporation Ltd.), which are pending before the High Court of Delhi to the High Court of Judicature, Allahabad.
We have heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the record. In our view, there is no valid ground or justification to entertain the prayer of the petitioner. The Transfer Petitions are accordingly dismissed. (N.K. Goel) (Phoolan Wati Arora) Court Master Court Master
