"Let the Commissioner (Lands) of DDA file an affidavit indicating that the amount of compensation payable to the respondents has been deposited in the Court or treasury. Let the affidavit be filed within two weeks hence.

It is submitted that as directed above in SLP © No. 6250/2015 counsel for the petitioner (DDA) has on 01.07.2015 filed an affidavit with the leave of the Hon'ble Court without serving the same on counsel appearing for respondent No.1. However, the same is being circulated herewith.

It is further submitted in SLP(C) No. 6250/2015 counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 has on 01.06.2015 filed counter affidavit and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted in SLP(C) No. 6250/2015 counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has on 01.07.2015 filed counter affidavit with the leave of the Hon'ble Court and the same is being circulated herewith.

Service is not complete in SLP(C) Nos. 8467 & 10076/2015.

SLP(C) Nos. 12433, 13377, 13378, 13381 & 12606/2015

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.04.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) No.6250 of 2015."

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice to all the respondents in all the matters was issued on 19.05.2015, 01.06.2015 by regd. A.D. Mr. T. Mahipal, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 12433/2015, SLP(C) No. 13377/2015, SLP(C) No.13378/2015 and SLP(C) No.12606/2015. Counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 12606/2015 has on 01.07.2015 filed counter affidavit and the same is being circulated herewith. A.D. cards duly signed in respect of respondent Nos. 2 & 3 in SLP(C) No. 12433/2015 and SLP(C) No. 13377/2015, SLP(C) No. 13381/2015 but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 13377/2015, respondent No. 2 in SLP(C) No. 13378/2015, respondent No. 3 in SLP(C) No. 13381/2015 and respondent Nos. 2 & 3 in SLP(C) No. 12606/2015 so far.

SLP(C) No. 13551 & 13561/2015:-

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.04.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable within eight weeks. Tag with SLP (C) No.6250 of 2015."

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice to both the respondents in both the matters was issued on 18.05.2015 & 11.05.2015 by regd. A.D. M/s. Saharya & Co., Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 in both the matters but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of

respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 13551/2015 so far. Unserved cover has been received back in respect of respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 13561/2015 with postal remarks "No such person".

SLP(C) No. 14702/2015:-

The matters above mentioned were listed before Hon'ble Court on 08.05.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice was issued to all the 3 respondents was issued on 26.05.2015 by regd. A.D. M/s. Saharya & Co., Advocates has on 30.06.2015 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 3 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from respondent Nos. 1 & 2 so far.

SLP(C) No. 14802/2015:-

The matters above mentioned were listed before Hon'ble Court on 08.05.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with S.L.P.(C) No.6250 of 2015."

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice was issued to all the 2 respondents was issued on 25.05.2015 by regd. A.D. M/s. Saharya & Co., Advocates has on 30.06.2015 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from respondent Nos. 1 so far.

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice was issued to all the 9 respondents was issued on 29.05.2015 by regd. A.D. Mr. Kaushik Poddar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 7 and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1. Counter affidavit is being circulated herewith. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from respondent Nos. 8 and 9 so far.

SLP(C) 15345, 15346, 15347, 15348 & 15350/2015

The matters above mentioned were listed before Hon'ble Court on 14.05.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with S.L.P.(C) No.6250 of 2015."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, show cause notice to all the respondents was issued in all the SLPs on 28.05.2015.

SLP(C) NOS. 9189, 15449, 15451, 15454, 15458 & 15461/2015

The matters above-mentioned were listed before Hon'ble Court on 15.05.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:- "Delay condoned.

Issue notice. As Mr. Anup G. Chaudhary, learned senior counsel being assisted by Ms. Priyanjali Singh, learned counsel, Mr. Salman Khurshid, learned senior counsel being assisted by Dr. Kailash Chand, learned counsel and Dr. Rajeev Sharma, learned counsel have entered appearance, no further notice need be issued. Tag with SLP (C) No.6250 of 2015."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order show cause noitce to the unrepresented respondents was issued in all the SLPs on 21.5.2015, 30.06.2015, 29.5.2015 & 1.6.2015 respectively by registered A.D.

SLP(C) 9189/2015

It is submitted that there are 5 respondents in this SLP. Respondent No. 1 is represented through Dr. Rajeev Sharma, advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. duly stamped by respondent No. 2 has been received but no one has entered appearance so far. Unserved cover conatining noitce has been received from respondent No. 5 with postal remarks "Insufficient address". Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing noitice has been received from respondent Nos. 3 & 4 so far.

SLP(C) No. 15449/2015

It is submitted that there are 3 respondent in this SLP. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mrs. Priyanjali Singh, Advocate and she has on 25.06.2015 filed counter affidavit and the same is being circulated herewith. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing noitce has been received from respondent Nos. 2 & 3 so far.
