It is submitted that there are 5 respondents in this SLP. Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 5 are represented by Ms. Rohini Musa, Ms. Sushma Suri and Mr. D. S. Mahra, Advocates but they have not filed their counter affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 though served with notice.

Service is complete.

SLP(C) No. 8467/2015

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.03.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) No.6250 of 2015."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, show cause notice was issued to both the respondents on 27.03.2015 by regd. A.D. Mr. Kedar Nath Tripathy, Advocate has on 01.04.2015 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 but he has

not filed counter affidavit so far. Service of notice is awaited from respondent No. 2.

Service is not complete on respondent No. 2.

SLP(C) Nos. 10029 & 10076/2015

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.03.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No.6250 of 2015."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, show cause notice was issued to all 4 respondents in SLP(C) No. 10029/2015 and all 9 respondents in SLP(C) No. 10076/2015 on 09.04.2013 by regd. A.D. Service is awaited from all the respondents in both the SLPs.

Service is not complete.
