It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 08.12.2014 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 7527 of 2014 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 78 days) (regd. as I.A. No. 1) and exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order dated 30.12.2013. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 29.05.2015 and the same is placed at page No. 52 of SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 6250/2015 @ CC No. 3054/2015 arising out of similar issued was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20.02.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the said matter is directed to be listed on 29.03.2016. Copy of Order dated 20.02.2015 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that as per letter of undertaking dated 01.06.2015, counsel for the petitioner has on 13.08.2015 filed copy of Award dated 05.06.1987 and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
