It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 10.11.2014 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 4236/2014 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 281 days) and an application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned final order and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 6250/2015 @ CC No.3054/2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20.02.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 20.02.2015 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 19552/2015 @ CC No.7649/2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and tagging the matter with SLP (C) No. 6250/2015. Copy of order dated 06.07.2015 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order dated 12.09.2014, 10.09.2014. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 03.12.2015 and the same has been placed at Page No. 64 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

SLP (CC) No. 21734/2015

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 21.04.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 3111/2014 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 110 days) and an application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned final order and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order dated 23.09.2014, 07.04.2006, 04.04.2007 and 30.12.2013. In this regard, he has given a letter dated NIL and the same has been placed at Page No. 68 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 13.04.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 4626/2014 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 127 days) and an application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned final order and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 02.02.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 8674/2014 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 187 days) and an application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned final order and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order dated 12.09.2014. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 02.11.2015 and the same has been placed at Page No. 87 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 03.08.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 3507/2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 6 days) and an application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order/notification dated 26.05.1987, 25.11.80 and 27.05.85 . In this regard, he has given a letter dated NIL and the same has been placed at Page No. 68 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 22.12.2014 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 8165/2014 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 239 days) and an application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order dated 12.09.2014. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 07.12.2015 and the same has been placed at Page No. 60 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

SLP (CC) No. 21912/2015

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 09.02.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 8743/2014 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 205 days) and an application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order dated 12.09.2014. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 08.12.2015 and the same has been placed at Page No. 126 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

SLP (CC) No. 22056/2015

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 13.04.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP (C) No. 8350/2014. The matter initially filed on 14.08.2015 is barred by time by 33 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 20.10.2015 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 67 days. Counsel for the petitioner has filed application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order dated 10.09.2014 and 12.09.2014. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 30.11.2015 and the same has been placed at Page No. 44 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as all are arising out of similar issue.
