The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09.05.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Learned counsel for the petitioners contends, that not only did the High Court determine the issue of title in favour of the petitioners, but the High Court also concluded that the title of the petitioners stood perfected by way of adverse possession as well.

In the above view of the matter, it is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, that there was no justification for the High Court to remand the matter for fresh adjudication.

Issue notice.

The impugned order shall remain stayed till further orders."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, show cause notice was issued to all the 11 respondents (common in both matters) by registered AD. Ms. Rajni Ohri Lal, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2(a) to 2(f), 3, 4 and 6 to 11. Counter Affidavit has been included in SLP Paper Books. AD cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 1 & 5.

It is submitted that counsel appearing for respondent has on 08.07.2014 filed an application for directions (Registered as I.A. No. 1) and also has on 21.07.2014 filed an application for directions with annexures A/1 and A/2 (registered as I.A. No. 2). Both the application have been included in SLP Paper Books.

For non-filing of Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of served respondent nos. 1 and 5, matter were listed before Ld. Registrar Court from time to time and lastly listed on 27.04.2015, when the following order passed:-

"The office report indicates that service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 1 and 5 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. The office report proceeds to state that the other respondents have already filed the counter affidavit. Viewed, in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules."

Service is complete.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
