O R D E R

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that the interest of justice shall be subserved if Matrimonial Petition No. A-1845 of 2004 pending in the Family Court, Mumbai at Bandra titled 'Amar Sudhakar Nukala Vs. Ramadevi Amar Nukala' is transferred to the Family Court at Hyderabad.

Keeping in view the fact that the respondent is a citizen of Canada, the Family Court at Hyderabad shall accommodate him as far as possible and take up the hearing of the matter on day to day basis.

Learned Family Court shall also consider the desirability of examining some of the witnesses on commission, if an appropriate application is filed thereto.

The transfer petition is disposed of accordingly.
