Nataraj, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the petitioners in SLP(C) No. 12291 of 2021 submits that the basic responsibility of payment is on respondent No.3- Committee of Management. 3. Mr. Nataraj, learned Additional Solicitor General further

submits that though the liability to pay respondent Nos. 1 and 2 (Abdul Hamid and Karimulla) is on respondent No.3-Committee of Management, the petitioner(s) have paid the amount payable to respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

4. We dispose of these petitions with a clarification that the petitioner(s) would be at liberty to recover the amount from respondent No.3-Committee of Management. The petitioner(s) would also be at liberty to deduct the said amount from the grants which are payable to respondent No.3-Committee of Management.

5. Since the amount has already been paid, the contempt proceedings before the High Court, if pending, shall stand disposed of.

6. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
