UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

Opportunity to respondent No.18 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

Respondent Nos.2 to 6, 12(i-v), 14, 16, and 17 have filed reply/counter affidavit.

Ld. counsel for respondent No.6 submits that respondent No.6 and 18 are same. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to verify the same and take necessary steps accordingly.

Respondent Nos.3 and 14 have filed counter affidavit but after the opportunity was declined. Registry to make a specific mention of the fact in the office report while placing the matter before the Hon'ble Court.

Respondent No.3 has filed status report without serving on other side. Be served immediately.

As per office report, respondent No.7 has not filed counter affidavit. However, Ld. counsel for respondent No.7 submits that counter affidavit has been filed on 11.8.2022. Office to verify such filing and update the records.

Application in respect of deceased respondent No.12 has already been allowed vide order dated 5.12.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

Service is complete on the remaining respondents, but none has entered appearance.
