Respondent Nos.2, 4 and 5 have filed counter affidavit.

Ld. counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submits that they have filed a status report being D.No.55091/2022 on 11.4.2022 in lieu of their counter affidavit. Office shall verify and update the filing.
Respondent Nos.1, 6 to 11, 13 and 15 to 17 have been duly served, however no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
Ld. Advocate-on-record, Md. Naushad Alam undertakes to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.16 and prays for time in that regard. The undertaking is accepted and time of four weeks is granted for doing the needful.
Petitioner has neither taken fresh steps nor filed fresh particulars in respect of unserved respondent No.12, despite grant of final opportunity in that regard on the earlier occasion.
Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
