It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate on 07.04.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 04.09.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CM No.10338 of 2014 in CWP No.15479 of 2012 barred by time by 125 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No.11152 of 2015 @ CC No.4426 of 2015 Entitled State Of Haryana & Ors. Versus Sita Ram arising out of common relied upon order was directed on 30.03.2015 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 30.03.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dated 09.04.2015 stating therein that the relevant documents are already annexed in Paper book and annexures P7 and P8 dim impression,

are already filed in SLP (C) No. CC No. 6237 of 2015 and Counsel has requested to ignore the defect and list the matter at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
