It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate on 21.01.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 17.02.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 15479 of 2012.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 212 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 40 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 252 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) CC No. 4426 of 2015 Entitled State Of Haryana & Ors. Versus Sita Ram arising out of common relied upon order was directed by this Hon'ble Court on 30.03.2015. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 30.03.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate has on 08.04.2015 filed an application for permission to file additional documents and the same are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
