" Delay in filing the special leave petition is condoned subject to payment of Rs.500/, as costs, with the Supreme Court Employees' Mutual Welfare Fund, within two weeks from today.
Subject to compliance of the said condition, let notice be issued to the respondents.
There shall be stay of further proceedings in C.O.C.P. No.2363/2014 titled Sita Ram v. Mahavir Singh and C.O.C.P. No.2361/2014 titled Ram Chander v. Roshan Lal, both pending before High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh, until further orders."
It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to
sole respondent by Regd. A.D. post on 23.04.2015. AD Cards duly signed has been received back from sole respondent but no one has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of sole respondent.
Service of show cause notice is complete on sole respondent.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 12.01.2016, when inter alia the following order was passed:.
"SLP(C) No. 13089/2015
Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent Nos.1 and 2 for filing counter affidavit. Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to the petitioner for taking fresh steps for service of respondent Nos.3, 4, 5, 710, 1219, 21, 23, 2527, 3032, 3441 and 4449. Nobody appears for respondent Nos.6, 11, 20, 22, 24, 28, 29, 33, 42 and 43, despite due service."
It is submitted that counsel for Respondent Nos.1 & 2 has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 12.

Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted for filing counter affidavit by the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 and respondent No.2. Petitioner to furnish the fresh and complete address of respondent No.3 within four weeks."
It is submitted that Mr. Anil Kumar Tandale, Advocate for LR. of deceased Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has not field counter affidavit on their behalf.
It is also submitted that counsel for the petitioner has neither filed fresh and complete address of Respondent No. 3 nor filed spare copies of SLP.
