It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. B.K. Satija, Advocate on 03.02.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 17.02.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No.2024 of 2014(O & M) barred by time by 261 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. CC No. 4426 of 2015 Entitled State Of Haryana & Ors. Versus Sita Ram as both are arising out of common order.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 18.03.2015 filed an application for seeking permission to file additional document as per his undertaking letter dated 28.02.2015 and the same is being circulate herewith.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
