It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. B.K. Satija, Advocate on 06.02.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 17.02.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No.2033 of 2014(O & M) barred by time by 264 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No.153738 of 2015 @ CC No. 9016 of 2014 Entitled Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. & Anr Versus R.K.Aggarwal & Ors. arising out of relied upon Judgment was dismissed on 17.10.2014 by Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated

17.10.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 18.03.2015 filed an application for seeking permission to file additional document as per his undertaking letter dated 28.02.2015 and the same is being circulate herewith.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
