Despite repeated opportunities, steps have not been taken to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondents on record and furthermore, affidavit of dasti service on unserved respondents have also not been filed.

Last opportunity of six weeks is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners to take requisite steps. If needful is not done on or before 09.07.2024, the matter shall be listed in Court for dismissal qua the respondents since deceased and the unserved respondents.
