SLP(C) No.30969/2011 Deleted.

In SLP(C) Nos.33984-33988 and 36334-36340/2011, the learned Advocate, Ms. Alka Sinha, appearing on behalf of Mr.Anuvrat Sharma, Advocate-on-Record confirms that they have to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. They may do so before the next date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has to provide additional copy of the pleadings within a week against proper acknowledgment which is to be filed on record to avoid issuance of further notice.

Nobody is present for the petitioner in SLP(C) No.7540/2012 wherein the petitioner has to pay process fee and spare copies before 24.11.2012.
