1. IA Nos.172358/2022 and 172349/2022 seeking impleadment as a party respondent are allowed. However, we make it clear that notwithstanding the fact that the applications for impleadment are allowed, the contentions of the appellants and the impleaded parties regarding validity of the assignment pleaded will remain open. In fact, the contentions of all the parties will remain open. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants states that the appellants will implead the applicant in the pending proceedings on the same terms and conditions.

2. By the impugned order, pending the final disposal of the appeals before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (for short, "the NCLAT"), the prayer for interim relief was refused by the NCLAT. The appeals before the NCLAT are still pending. Therefore, instead of going into the merits, it will be appropriate if we direct that the interim orders dated 27th January, 2022 and 4th February, 2022 should continue to operate till the disposal of the pending appeals before the NCLAT.
