UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties at some length.
Mr. V.K. Shukla, learned Senior Advocate, appearing on behalf of the petitioner in SLP (Crl.) No. 1003 of 2021 has submitted that in view of the subsequent development and the fact that IBC proceedings are initiated against the Company, some of the conditions, more particularly, Condition no. (c) of the order passed by the High Court dated 29.09.2020 is not capable of being complied with. If that be so, it will be open for the respective applicants to submit an appropriate application before the High Court and point out the subsequent development and pray for appropriate relief. As and when such applications are made, the same be considered in accordance with law and on its own merits.
With this, the present Special Leave Petitions stand disposed of.
