UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Heard learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as also learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

2. The applications for impleadment/intervention are allowed in terms of the prayer made.

3. Learned counsel for the parties submit that since a settlement has been arrived at between the parties, the applications have been filed seeking permission to place on record the Consent Terms dated 23.05.2022 executed between the parties. Having perused the averments made in the said applications, the same are allowed and the Consent Terms dated 23.05.2022 are taken on record.

4. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these petitions.

5. Permission as prayed for, is granted.

6. The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

7. The parties are directed to abide by the Consent Terms dated 23.05.2022.

8. During the course of hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that pursuant to the order passed by the Madras High Court, a bank guarantee was deposited before the said Court. Learned counsel, accordingly, prays that the Registrar General, Madras High Court may be directed to return and release the original bank guarantee to Yes Bank at the earliest.

9. In view of the Consent Terms dated 23.05.2022, the parties are at liberty to move an application before the Madras High Court to return and release the original bank guarantee to Yes Bank at the earliest.

10. Consequent upon disposal of these Special Leave Petitions, pending interlocutory applications also stand disposed of.
