UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
SLP(Crl) No.1821/2022
Perused the affidavit of Status report.
The charge sheet has been filed against the accused who has been taken into custody as investigation is complete qua him but in view of two other accused not joining the investigation (including the petitioner), charge sheet has not been filed against them.
Looking to the facts of the case and the quantum of recovery, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, on the larger issue posed by us, the matter will come up on 04.05.2022 as already directed vide order dated 08.03.2022.
SLP(Crl) No. 1235/2022
On hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the particular facts of the case, including the marriage of the sister of the petitioner, we grant five week's time to the petitioner to surrender.
The Special Leave Petitions stand disposed of.

On the regular bail application being filed, the same will be considered in accordance with law expeditiously.
