UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In Re : State of Bihar

Pursuant to the directions issued by us on 16.10.2014, Shri Anjani Kumar Singh (IAS), Chief Secretary, State of Bihar and Shri P.K. Thakur (IPS), Director General of Police, Bihar are present before us.

After going through the compliance report filed by the State of Bihar, dated 28.10.2014, we are not satisfied with the same.

Shri Ranjit Kumar, learned Solicitor General appearing for the State of Bihar would request us to grant him another week's time to file a better affidavit. The request is granted.

Call the matter on 13.11.2014 at 3:30 p.m.

The presence of the officers of the State of Bihar is dispensed with for the present.
