UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the directions issued by this Court in its order dated 01.02.2017* have not been complied with and neither an Eye Hospital nor the School as desired by the Testator has been erected as provided in the Trust Deed.

It is further submitted that the concerned persons who are arrayed as the alleged contemnors in the contempt petition have been transferred out and the positions are now being occupied by the individuals as stated in I.A. I.A. No.121922 of 2021 is allowed and the names of the alleged contemnors are substituted.
