IA No. 248074/2024 - STAY APPLICATION

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he was

unaware of such development and would require time to take suitable action for bringing his LRs on record. However, he submits that during the pendency of the case construction is going on, on the land which the petitioners claim and if no interim order is passed, the exercise may result in irreparable damage to the petitioners. He submits that he has also filed IA No. 248074/2024 for stay.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, IA No. 248074/2024 stands disposed of with the direction that the parties shall maintain status quo with regard to the property in dispute.

4. List the matter on 26.03.2025.
