Heard learned senior counsel for the parties. interfere with the impugned order.

However, all contentions of law and facts are left open to be urged in the pending W.P No.26935/2019. The petitioner may also raise all contentions including with regard to appropriate interim orders required, if any in the facts and circumstances in O.S.No. 2416 of 2019 wherein the petitioner No.1 is arrayed as defendant.

With the above observations, the special leave petition is disposed of.

We request all the parties to co-operate with the trial court for expeditious disposal of the suit.
