UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned counsel for the respondent shall file the counter affidavit within a period of six weeks in case he intends to do so. The office report indicates that the learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed the Spare Copy of the SLP, and, therefore, fresh notice could not be issued to Respondent No.1 so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file the spare copy of the SLP within a period of three weeks failing which the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chamber for further future direction. In case, the steps are taken, in that event, the matter shall be listed before this Court on 28.08.2014.
