UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The office report dated 8.8.2011 mentions that the learned counsel for the appellant has not taken steps for substitution of respondent No.1 nor has taken fresh steps to correct the addresses of the respondent Nos.2-4 in spite of the Registry's letter dated 8.10.2009 and the subsequent reminder dated 17.06.2010. The learned counsel for the appellant states at the Bar that respondent Nos.1, 2 & 3 have been served out of which the respondent Nos.1-2 have filed application to vacate interim relief of stay granted in favour of the appellant whereas the respondent No.4 has expired and prays to grant time of one week to enable him to file application for deleting the name of respondent No.4 as his heirs are already on the record of the case.
