Leave Petition against the decision of the Madhya Pradesh High Court in the case of Som Distillers Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. versus Union of India had been drafted but was misplaced during the fire fighting operations in the month of May, 2010. It is further pointed out that the said Special Leave Petition is now ready for filing. In the light of the said communication, we defer hearing in these petitions to await the result in the Special Leave Petition, proposed to be filed in the case of Som Distillers.
