It is submitted that despite above order, counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps in respect of deceased respondent No. 1 and unserved respondent No. 5 for service of notice, so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vishal Arun, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

The default of counsel for the petitioner is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this office report.
