UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent nos. 9 to 12(as per memo of parties) have filed counter affidavit.

Respondent nos. 1,2 and 13 to 18(as per memo of parties) are granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit.

Respondent no.5(as per memo of parties) is granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.

Memo of appearance has been filed in respect of respondent nos. 3,4,6 and 7(as per memo of parties). Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within four weeks.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks' time as last opportunity to take appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent no.8(as per memo of parties). However, ld. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that respondent no.8 is merely a proforma respondent and the name would be deleted from the array of parties. Appropriate application in the above behalf be filed within two weeks.

List again on 02.04.2025.
