| Despite several opportunities granted to the petitioner |
including last chance to file an affidavit of valuation of the petitioner in terms of order dated 15.9.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed the affidavit, as directed. I also noticed that this Court granted stay to the petitioner on 1.4.2015 due to which the proceedings before the Rent Tribunal has been stayed. In the interest of justice and as prayed, last opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file affidavit of valuation as directed by this Court vide order dated 15.9.2015, within two weeks.
In case the petitioner fails to file affidavit as directed, the stay granted by this Court vide order dated 1.4.2015 shall stand vacated without further order to that effect
