It appears therefrom that the petitioners have already accepted the compensation without any reservation. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are similar cases where the owners have accepted the compensation but this Court has issued notice. This is not controverted by Mr. Ravindra Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 - Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. Issue notice on the applications for condonation of delay as well as on the special leave petitions returnable in ten weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated May 6, 2013, an additional affidavit has been filed by the petitioners in special leave petition filed against the impugned order passed in CMWP No. 15485 of 2013.
We have perused the additional affidavit filed by the petitioners. In the additional affidavit, the petitioners have stated that they have not received any amount of compensation. Moreover, they claim that they are in possession.
Let notice be issued on the special leave petitions returnable in ten weeks.

If the petitioners are in actual physical possession of the subject land/s, they will not be forcibly dis-possessed by the respondents until further orders.
