The effect and operation of the impugned order passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Lucknow shall remain stayed, in the meantime.

However, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the appellant shall pay retiral dues of the respondent computed on the basis of the last pay drawn by him from the date of retirement.
