SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (C) NOS. 12689-12690/2022

RASEENA & ORS. Petitioner(s)

VERSUS

SAMEER & ORS. Respondent(s)

O R D E R

Delay condoned.

On perusal of the Office Report dated 05.08.2024, we find that there are following defects in the Review Petition(s):-

  • "1. He has not filed proof of depositing court fees in filing the review petition above-mentioned;
  • 2. Cause title of the review petition as well as of the Special Leave Petition as mentioned in the review petition is incorrect;
  • 3. 'Civil Appellate Jurisdiction' has been mentioned everywhere in place of 'Inherent Jurisdiction' and
  • 4. Original SLP paper books have been weeded out after due preservation but counsel has not filed fresh 3 sets of the SLP paper books for the use of the Hon'ble Court."

Learned counsel has not cured the defects despite letter dated 17.05.2023.

However, having carefully gone through the Review Petitions, the order under challenge and the papers annexed therewith, we are satisfied that there is no error apparent on the face of the record or any merit in the Review Petitions, Digitally signed by RADHA SHARMA Date: 2024.09.27 16:10:05 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

warranting reconsideration of the order impugned.
