UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Application seeking exemption from filing impugned judgment is allowed.

2. Issue notice and tag with SLP(C) No. 15917/2023.

3. The petitioner(s) is permitted to deposit the amount payable to each of the respondents in their respective provident fund accounts within four weeks from today. The said deposit shall be subject to the outcome of the present petition.

4. The statement of account of the computation for making the deposit in the provident fund accounts of each of the respondents shall be furnished to them.
