ORDER
In view of the nature of the order passed by the High Court we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case for our interference in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. If
there is any dispute in regard to the area, the same may also form part of the order which may be passed by the petitioner in terms of the judgment of the High Court. The special leave petitions are dismissed.
