O R D E R

While allowing the appeal of the Steel Authority of India Ltd. and setting aside the judgment of the High Court of Orissa, the former employees were permitted to continue in the premises till 31.5.2021 by filing an undertaking that they shall hand over the peaceful and vacant possession of the said premises in their occupation on or before that date. The undertaking shall also include the terms that the compensation, as payable, shall be made over to Steel Authority of India Ltd. every month.

For the reasons mentioned in the Miscellaneous Application, the applicant could not approach this Court.

The undertaking filed by the applicant along with Miscellaneous Application is taken on record. The orders dated 16.10.2020 and 04.11.2020

passed by this Court shall be applicable to the applicant and she is permitted to continue in the premises till 31.05.2021, subject to the conditions mentioned in the orders of this Court dated 16.10.2020 and 04.11.2020.

No further undertaking needs to be filed by the applicant(s).

M.A. stands disposed of.
