Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that this matter may be de-tagged and listed before the Hon'ble Court, however, both matters i.e. W.P.(Crl.) No. 27/2022 and W.P.(Crl.) No.53/2022 are tagged matters and they cannot be separated by this Court.

Respondent No.5 is granted four weeks' time, as last opportunity, for filing counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for respondent No.6 has filed vakalatnama alongwith application for deleting the name of respondent No.6, however, the same has been notified as defective. Four weeks' time is granted for curing the defects and/or filing counter affidavit.
At the end of four weeks, whether defects are cured or not, Registry to process the matters for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
