that respondents/accused Nos, 2,3 and 4 in SLP(Crl. Nos. 2914-2916/2021 have passed away and he would like to bring the same on record and he would file the copy of the death certificate. The consequence would be that those Special leave petitions qua those respondents would stand abated.
