Learned counsel for the appellant has already filed affidavit
of valuation and deficit court fee.
Four weeks time, as a last chance is granted to the sole respondent to file the counter affidavit.
After the expiry of said period, matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per the rules.
